Bee is the conceiver, co-founder, and co-runner of YA4A. The organization's three keystones are as follows:

 Expression, equity, and empowerment. 

All artists, all audiences, all abilities, all accommodations access, all together, all better. 

The goal for the organization is to help young playwrights in Philadelphia Young Playwrights to brand & promote their work, create a memorable merch experience for PYP/ New Voices, and raise $5,000 together to support a neurodivergent class with Philadelphia Young Playwrights.

This goal is ongoing as with the collaboration with PYP to make theatre accessible for all and especially for those who are part of the neurodivergent community.
